I disagree with the HOF coach in some ways. He plays players when he is sure what he will get from them. In really tough games when things are not going great, I'd play Kiah knowing that she has done well at times and might do it again. He might get Britney Griner.

In think he knows who is showing up in 60 seconds, certainly, 120 seconds. On the other hand, there are folks who think Brittany Spears is entertaining.

Not everyone reacts to Geno's criticism and "wit" like D did. My guess is that Kiah does not have a "I'll show that little S.O.B." kind of personality...What she does have is the talent to be a difference maker...

In many ways Kiah reminds me of Tina Charles. Loads of talent, loads of potential but inconsistent and apparently unfocused. Until one day, for Tina at least, the light came on and she turned the corner to greatness. I hope that day comes (sooner rather than later) for Kiah. She seems like a great kid, and I'd like to see her succeed, as much for her as for the team.

If I were Kiah (rather unlikely), I would wait for the next opportunity to address Geno in front of teammates, and say, "Coach, I want to thank you for that very special compliment about my appearance when you said that on some days I look like Britney Spears!"
