No surprises, but an nice read from an old pro. His perspective on where her physique should go I totally agree with(OK not English but you get it). Apologies if someone else flagged this before.

Probably on the men's side they do not want to influence players on whether they come out early - on the women's side they can't be drafted until their 'class' graduates so there isn't a tampering kind of situation.
