Currently, Litchfield isn't participating in a co-op. Used to with Wamogo and Forman. Wamogo is in one with Nonnewaug and Oliver Wolcott called Northwest United. Not to be confused with the Gilbert, Northwest, Housatonic co-op. Actually totally forgot about Shepaug...seems like they would have been in one with Nonnewaug. Mills was the only BL school that could have supported one on their own. Heck, it's probably the only school with a growing student population thanks to Burlington.

All the BL schools need to be re-regionalized. It's crazy how small the districts up here have gotten.
Maybe CT could do like Texas?

Football is normally played in an 11-on-11 format, but 6-man football is a long-standing tradition in the state of Texas. In fact, there are 262 six-man football teams in the state.

Where are all those 6 player teams located? Texas is really big and has a lot of pretty small farm and ranch towns separated by a lot of miles. Maybe too far to make travel to practices practical. Interesting though.
