59 isn't even that old. If this is true, say we have him for 5 years and he manages to right the ship. He moves on and we can get a high profile up and comer that wants to sling shot his career. It's actually a pretty good hire considering where he coached.

Spanos was UCLA’s DC under Mora from 2012-13 so I’d guess he will get a look at keeping his job as DC as well

On December 10, 2011, the UCLA Bruins announced the hiring of Mora as head coach, replacing alumnus Rick Neuheisel. Mora signed a five-year contract for $12 million, plus incentives. He immediately went to work as the head coach by hiring Adrian Klemm, Steve Broussard, Demetrice Martin and Eric Yarber as assistant coaches. Less than two months later, the results came early, as UCLA landed a consensus No. 12-ranked recruiting class in 2012 after having a class ranked in the high 40s at Rick Neuheisel's departure.

As someone who is 54, 59 doesn't seem terribly old to me. And as a UConn math major, let me clarify that 46-30 is basically a 60% winning percentage and not .500. If we played 11 games that would be 7-4. Sign me up for that record.
