Maybe he imparted some wisdom.

I would love to have seen Brad Stevens reaction to Calhoun entering the gym, especially if that's his most recent ring on his finger.
"Even before Walker signed with the Celtics, Calhoun said he made a point to visit practices to chat with coach Brad Stevens and president of basketball operations Danny Ainge."
Ill just leave that here for you

They respect one another.
I suspect that's Kitaman's point, 100% certain there is a mutually respectfully competitive reminder of who won that national championship game. Great stuff and reminder that Brad is still seeking that elusive chip.

Even the week of that 2011 game Calhoun was praising Brad Stevens. Both respect each other

Brad Stevens took Butler to two straight National Championship games. Pretty sure he's not intimidated by anyone or feels he got taken to the woodshed by anyone when he coached in college.

And the counterpoint to those who feel that NC game gives JC bragging rights...Brad has the job Jim probably dreamed of having for a long time.
