2026 Recruiting: Jerzy Robinson

i absolutely see this as a significant, purposeful signal that uconn does things differently, its approach to wcbb is different, and the results have proved its way is best ... if your goal is winning on the national stage (and advancing to the pros if you have it you). i think the major roadblock to committing is self-doubt by the recruit, distaste for the NE, or a desire to lead an overthrow of a successful, popular tyrant.

Yup. And if you are into all the glitter, glamour, and things that will mean nothing when you step foot on campus in June (ish), then go there. Storrs isn't a glamorous place to be, however everyone that goes there understands what they are getting into, and potentially what they will get out of the experience.

I admire Dawn’s willingness to take chances and be authentic. That said, I wonder if this might have backfired as it looked liked they didn’t get much attention from any of the fans there. The jumbo tron even looked like it was focused somewhere else on the sideline. Not a whole lot of energy focused on Asia or Dawn in this snip. I guess it’s entirely different fan base- with things other than women’s basketball as their top priority. And I say that acknowledging that the SC women have a strong local fan base.

Basically, Dawn is doing the same job that Uconn did during Vukosa's visit. Dawn brought A'ja and Alyssa Gray. Geno brought Tina Charles and ONO. I mean, we don't know what happened during Jerzy and Bjorn's visit to Uconn (the curiosity and lack of information is killing me), but if Geno brought Phee and Stewie, somehow we would know.

It’s been said before, but this account isn’t trustworthy at all. Just makes guesses and hopes they stick. That being said, I don’t think it’s about Jerzy, but Kaeli Wynn who is down to Stanford & SC.

And the first 4 still there for the 2027-28 season, along with Jana, Morgan and K9, supported by improved versions of Kelis Fisher, Allie, and Gandy , plus 2027 recruits. This scenario would produce another 4-time AA and NC to join the Stewie and her 4-peat teammates---Welcome Sarah!

I am pretty sure she was cheering for UConn. But maybe I am mistaken and she was simply cheering for her friends?

My view heading into the weekend though was that LSU and UConn were out in front. And now I am less certain.

I've always thought it would come down to SC or UConn, because LSU is full of guards right now. Others schools are always going to put on a way more flashier recruitment visit that UConn because that's just not Geno's style.

I do feel the SC commitment tease is Wynn, as I heard that was her second visit.

I’m skeptical that elite players are worried about playing time. They are likrly confident that they can play as well as anyone.

And secondly the transfer portal changes that anyway. The roster when you sign could end up being very different 9 months later
