I seriously thought that's what the thread title meant.Phew, I though we were getting new area codes again!
Exactly what I was thinking. I honestly believe 15 should be officially retired, along with 34. You can also make the case for 32.Big shoes to fill with Kemba's 15.
I hope Cobb can live up to the lofty “0” precedent set by Big Phil No-No Nolan.
If we are going to go there, you have to throw in 13, and probably 50 and 42.Exactly what I was thinking. I honestly believe 15 should be officially retired, along with 34. You can also make the case for 32.
Looks to still be Cobb.So who is 23 in th 1st practice video??

For Selvie they should play a game where everyone wears 44.
The audience must also wear #44,For Selvie they should play a game where everyone wears 44.

Lest we never forget...not only did Johnnie Time wear No. 44, but so did the late, great Wesley Bialosuknia.

ok - old #. I thought they switched to the new #s. When does that actually start, or do some players use new / others still old?
Well maybe the criteria for an actual retirement could be if the player is in the hall of fame. That would seperate the greats from the immortals.#13 won two titles. Too many great Huskies, we would run out of jerseys.
There is a solution however. Rutgers can retire those numbers in honor of the UConn players their coaches coached.
