Nice job by Jeff Jacobs. Some interesting stuff in there about the state of the AD in general, realignment, football, Kevin Ollie, facilities upgrades on campus, and what is going on with the XL Center.
 
Sounds very noncommittal about where he stands with Michigan and our CR outlook. I suppose he has to be.
 
Like I said in the other thread about this, the conversation shifting towards UConn being a presence in an entire region, not just a small state, is exactly what we should have been doing for years. We have 240,000 alumni (Ok State has 230,000 by comparison) and most of them live in the most densely populated area in the country - between NYC, CT, and Boston. No other readily available school can bring that much in terms of TV potential. Not even close.

In reality regarding CR..he can't do much more than he has done. That all happens on the presidential level....
 
Good effort, nothing too insightful other than the plan to renovate Freitas (barf). I hope the soccer stadium plans move along quickly.
