Per the Globe Jaylan is expected to sign with Portland to replace Trevor Ariza who is opting out for the rest of the season. Good news for Jaylan and hope he earns a permanent spot on the team going forward.

Eh, it's a ban for non-essential. A US citizen going over there for work will be able to travel and work there after some combination of testing and quarantining.
