Did he visit Storrs back then? We sure could use him, and I have to question does he want to risk just some PT or maybe none at all at one of the larger programs during his last year of eligibility? If he wants to go to grad school UConn would be ideal for him, and he would play every game.

The Q & A on UConn Blog implies no transfers expected for this upcoming season. Would be a shame considering how light in the hiney we currently are up front on D. Hoping that changes. Cant stand to see us get mollywhopped another season on D.

Diaco recruited Hayes. Got him to ND. Pretty sure he wanted to close out his college career with someone he felt comfortable with.

Hilarious! Diaco isn't even a coach there. What are they gonna do, hang out with each other after practice at some gin joint in Norman???

Diaco was hired as a defensive analyst at Oklahoma in the middle of March. Two weeks later, Hayes announced that he was leaving ND. Two weeks after that he announced he was transferring to Oklahoma. I guess it’s possible that this is all coincidental. But that would be a lot of coincidences.
