1. He can't be leaving UConn because he's never been in here.


2. It was HFD that stated he won't be coming (although the "why" was hard to pull out of his rage). I have no reason not to believe Dan, as he pulls facts from twitter better than anyone else here.

I think it's all speculative at this point. The concern was that Don Brown was a big factor in his recruitment and Don Brown is now at BC, so BC will be a major competitor; and he has blown up as a JUCO, and will get lots of attention and offers. He's from Plymouth MA so BC is closer than UConn, though both are close. Hopefully we keep him.

He has another full year @ Dean JC. He was indeed recruited by DB and is a solid JUCO LB but I really have a hard time stressing over LBs. We seem to have so many in the hopper. If he was an OL or CB it's another story.

The article stated that he might major in "Strength and Conditioning". That can't possibly be a real major, can it?

Do you mean he'll be at Dean for another full year after this one? If so it's just silly to worry about anything at this point. Any number of things could change between now and then.

If a real academic program, and I assume that it is, it is a very tough program. Combination of biology/physiology, nutrition and the related science classes that come with it. By no means a gut course.
