James Akinjo signing LOI on Nov. 8

Nice! Did Makai Ashton Langford not sign a LOI? Or did we just let him out of it? How binding is this?
 
At this point the power of a LOI is 0, so signing it has no significance. Still, very excited about the kid in general, but I'll write his and any other commit's name in ink in the schollie grid when he enrolls in his first class. Seems to be the only thing solid these days.
