I don't think there has been a player since at least the late 80s who has had such a tough four year career with UConn as JA. His highlight will always be the shot vs Cincy but otherwise I think he's had a rough go of it (in some, maybe even many, ways no fault of his own). When is the last time a UConn player played four years for the huskies and didn't at least taste the sweet 16 (in fact I think if you start with the 1987 freshmen it is very rare for a four year player to NOT at least taste one elite 8)? Feel bad for the kid, very atypical four years.

He's been the best player on the team for three straight years, in a way JA single-handedly kept the program afloat through all the BS. Imagine him NOT being here the last four years?!? No thank you. Love Jalen.
