Great post. MSU had every chance to take that game over early in the 2nd half and didn't/couldn't. We didn't exactly play our best game either and best the team virtually every ANALyst was pumping. Every team left is tough and has stud players and matchups. Sat will be fun.

Thats a great point. We didnt exactly play our best game either. Giffey,DD and boat were a combined 10 for 29 and 1 for 12 on 3`s! if those guys shoot 50% its a blowout! Its all irrelevant and it sounds a bit like sour grapes. People say Izzo is so classy but he strikes me as one of those people that you know doesnt like you but still says high and asks how youre doing when they run into you. Like i said after the game and ill stand by now i had a problem with him not mentioning us or coach ollie by name in the post game. Im not in his head and of course im assuming but imho hes not so much upset that his team lost as he seems more pissed off that he lost to what he feels is an inferior team with a coach that isnt on his level. Twice btw

Boeheim and Izzo during that interview seemed to have UConn envy. They down played the job Ollie has done. Boeheim talked about how UConn had the huge home court advantage and then said Syracuse had the home court advantage in Buffalo and couldn't take advantage of it. Sour grapes.

-UConn has done more with less and Syracuse has done less with more since 2011. Coaching has to play a part in that, no matter what excuse Boeheim makes.

Thy have done less with more since 1988... hanging banners and producing nba'ers.. there is literally not one measurable accomplishment they beat us in... other than 20-0 starts vs lemoyne and cornell.
They circle j^&k to the 5 OT game ....still...and where did we end up that year???
