These FG% numbers are just ridiculous.

Buck, Heather....... 1-1 1.000
Hartley, Bria....... 3-3 1.000
Banks, Brianna...... 10-12 .833
Stokes, Kiah........ 4-5 .800
Faris, Kelly........ 10-13 .769
Dolson, Stefanie.... 18-24 .750
Stewart, Breanna.... 20-32 .625
Doty, Caroline...... 7-12 .583
MOSQUEDA-Lewis, K... 18-31 .581
Tuck, Morgan........ 17-32 .531

Even for only three games, that's pretty amazing, especially given that two of those opponents were from power conferences.

Very interested to see whether Purdue even puts up a semblance of a fight. Otherwise, I will be at XL and Gampel with bells on to see if Maryland or Penn State can do anything!

Kelly leads the 3-point shooting at .600. Caroline, Stef, and Bree are at .500. Kaleena is at .519 on 10-19. It's her job. :)

I'm not naturally a stat guy but here goes:

If you define under-classmen as freshman and sophs but eliminate KLM to be charitable and also because she really doesn't play like an under-classmen and has clear scoring responsibilities:
but do count Banks and Kiah who had somewhat more limited roles last season, especially Bri.

Then, the 3 frosh and 2 sophs included in my little study accounted for 52 points, something more than half of the total , with clear implications for playing time and subbing combinations and that, when Ms Jefferson did not score; a total unusual in a Geno coached team, methinks,

We'll see as the season goes on if this drum-beat continues but I imagine it might very well.
Stu, Bri and Tuck are not shy when opportunity arrives; I was able to watch the game only intermittedly due to family consideration but I distictly recall a few inaccurate chucks by Tuck when she first came in; that must have changed quickly according to the line.

I'll watch this trend throughout the weekend.

Yes, it is early but Morgan Tuck hitting over 50% of her shots, and that's only good enough for tenth place? That's astounding.

Jefferson the only player to hit under 50% from the field, but the only player to be perfect from the free throw line.

Go look at the Big East site and look at the stats, you'll really be amazed. The dominance of UConn, and the balance as compared to everyone else.
