We've already seen what one new LSU coach can do, maybe it's a requirement now to coach at LSUNot sure what other than a duffel of cash can be crazy about a random dude in your house.

I got called out when I said KO and then we’re cringe for doing this. Can’t call coaches dancing cringe anymoreThis is about as cringe as it gets…
People can call me out all they want- still think it’s cringeI got called out when I said KO and then we’re cringe for doing this. Can’t call coaches dancing cringe anymore
He was only retweeting Kentucky posts for some time and then had the official to USC. Cooling from Squid definitely gives the good guys a shot. Was just talking about him in the Ugonna thread. Seems like Kentucky has cooled on him, so there's opportunity.
Sounds like LSU already dropped at least one bag based on his "it was crazy". Not sure what other than a duffel of cash can be crazy about a random dude in your house.
I can’t imagine that UConn will put up the kind of money this kid is looking for. It would have a huge impact on team moral. There is a reason Ed Cooley won’t touch this kid that lives a couple miles from the school. He was only retweeting Kentucky posts for some time and then had the official to USC. You don’t think Cooley is scouring every pocket he can find for money to give to Bowen? Or you think he’s operating under the impression it’s worth spending his recruiting resources on a kid who’s definitely going to be offered a ton of money to go to Duke and other places?I can’t imagine that UConn will put up the kind of money this kid is looking for. I’m pretty sure he’s letting whatever NIL thing PC has in place do whatever it is they do. (Which is illegal to do with recruits anyway) We can’t afford him either. He will be tough to keep from FSU. Miranda is a whole different animal who’s “handlers” have been searching for bags of cash before NIL was legal. You don’t think Cooley is scouring every pocket he can find for money to give to Bowen? Mmm, and you know this how exactly?I’m pretty sure he’s letting whatever NIL thing PC has in place do whatever it is they do. We can’t afford him either. He will be tough to keep from FSU. The rumors about the money this kid is looking for have been around for quite a while now. Can you think of a reason that Cooley stopped pursuing a star player who lives a few miles from the campus? One who has been on the campus and to games many many times? Cooley has never backed off a player no matter the level of competition.Mmm, and you know this how exactly?
So, if Cooley stops recruiting a kid it’s because the kid is looking for illegal money? The rumors about the money this kid is looking for have been around for quite a while now. As I said it’s not illegal money. Let’s just face facts. PC is not going to be able to offer the kind of NIL money that some kids will expect for whatever reason. I will say I don’t have a single shred of evidence whether Cooley cooled because of NIL, because of the circle of advisors, or Miranda just woke up one day and said don’t bother. I do know that I expect him to recruit 7’ players that close, that good, and who have Georgetown and UConn as the schools recruiting him. I just know it was reported from insiders on our pay board that the staff cooled and cooled quickly. So, if Cooley stops recruiting a kid it’s because the kid is looking for illegal money?
OK then.
As I said it’s not illegal money
[Shrugs]Miranda is a whole different animal who’s “handlers” have been searching for bags of cash before NIL was legal.
Occam‘s razor - Miranda was always a reach for PC. Isn’t it most likely that they just got feedback that he was heading elsewhere and so they moved onto the next candidate? As I said it’s not illegal money. Let’s just face facts. Certainly, perhaps. I do not agree a 4 star player who lives 5 miles from campus is a reach however.Occam‘s razor - Miranda was always a reach for PC. Isn’t it most likely that they just got feedback that he was heading elsewhere and so they moved onto the next candidate?
I’m in Tallahassee right now. One of my friends here is very close with an FSU assistant (a relative of mine is a former FSU staff member). He says that the FSU coaching staff has serious NIL worries and that they just won’t be able to compete.I’m pretty sure he’s letting whatever NIL thing PC has in place do whatever it is they do. Interesting, thanks for sharing. Of course their worries could be talking about $$ that PC could never generate.I’m in Tallahassee right now. They are more hopeful that they’ll find the money for football players, but they aren’t feeling on that side either.
