That's not our dog. They are throwing away a muliti-million dollar property.

Doubt it.

Need to keep Jonathan fan friendly, TV friendly and a crowd motivator.

Has anyone stopped to think it may be a husky that a fan brought to the parade? Where is this picture from? What's the caption under it? Somehow I doubt the sorority that takes care of Johnathan is throwing him out for a new dog because the logo changed.

People on this board are so idiotic, its unbelievable.

This isn't any new mascot.

The university said that the logo was the only change, nothing is changing with Jonathan.

Stop making this into a huge deal. The logo changed, deal with it, move on.

Tim, your avatar looks awful. And learn how to spell Jonathan please.

Whenever UConn has a victory parade, there's usually been some local group that marches in it with husky dogs (Connecticut Valley Siberian Husky Club). Can't say that that dog with Geno is necessarily one of them, but most of their huskies are not all white - in fact, most all of them are grey, tan or even some black ones.

Here's a shot from the 2004 parade:

This one's from the 2010 parade:

Just having some fun. Lighten up.

this one reminds me of the Pink Panther! A friend of mine did a version of the Toupee dog without his toupee...I'm trying to get him to email it to me so I can post it. Great bald-headed husky! Jim Shea in the courant referred to it as a lounge lizard, which is also pretty accurate and fits the toupee story well, I think.
