This is where the NCAA could do something without concern of litigation. If they could penalize us twice, including a postseason ban and scholarship reduction, for ridiculous APR (while one school had a decade and a half of faux classes), there is no reason why they can't implement scholarship reductions and postseason bans for tampering.

Of course we know what they will do.

Clearly done with plausible deniability via third parties that the instigating coaches can say was unauthorized by them. Worthwhile to establish penalties but doubtful to see them actually enforced.
