35+58=93 We have a roster! I would imagine the staff is just trolling for a homerun(or 2 or 3), but not in a rush. Wondering how many guys are left in the portal that have not found a home yet, that fall into the 3 star, 87 or higher rating category.
 
I sure hope we are trolling for CB's

The only DB's we have committed so far are 6'1-6'2 safety types

Anyone who can play corner at that size effectively is gobbled up by the p4

I don't think Malachl McLean belongs on this list. He has played 4 full seasons of college football. Of course I could be wrong.

Thanks for compiling this. I haven't looked at all the names, but the only one I know that actually has entered the portal is Thai Bowman. From what I saw he entered on January 8th (scroll down and check the timeline)



I thought I had seen Axavier Bridges-Brooks had entered, but he didn't. When looking at his offer list out of high school, it was mainly P4s, but he also had an offer from both us and Toledo and chose here. I wonder if the familiarity with coach Candle was one of the reasons he stayed

That's kinda the point of my post

Can't even guess without knowing who is able to play corner effectively at those sizes. And the majority of DB's we have are freshmen or guys without previous playing time.

My only guess at this point is we are going to be a strictly zone team? I just don't know what to make of it.

CJ Bell might be a CB you are looking for, just has little experience. Great offers, landed at P4, the one that produced red pants Bobby diaco no less! Let’s hope!

There is a kicker from Ole Miss who is followed by the UConn football instagram account (only player who is not known to be apart of the program followed as Toledo center Terrance Moore has UConn in his bio) who announced he was transferring a couple of hours ago

Baker held a UConn offer coming out of high school (same school as Ian Swenson and Ethan Hogg)

Or, rather the P4 coached by Connecticut alumnus and past Huskies football player, Kirk Ferentz ‘78.
