She actually plays a fair amount like Maya, but Maya has intangibles that make her arguably the best player in the world. Being compare to Maya is something for Megan to shoot for. I don't expect Megan to be a 4x AA or score 3,000 points, but a 2x AA with 2,400 points may be realistic goals. Let's enjoy Megan. She's an exceptional talent.

I think Megan has a similar skill set to Maya's but has a little more of Diana's swagger. Megan comes with some swag.
You have to applaud Geno and his staff, this was the crown jewel and the link to his programs next great run.. Well done!!

She'll be the first Megan. While there are certainly some similarities to Maya, she'll create her own Uconn basketball identity and may very well be regarded in the future as one of the all-time Uconn greats. It will be fun to see how it all plays out.

There are some similarities but I don't see as much of Maya in her game as I do Jewell Loyd -

Even if Megan has the exact same statistics as Maya at the end of 4 years at UCONN - she's still Megan - NOT Maya. So with that piece of info, I conclude, NOPE.
And just to be clear, if she has 4 national championships when she graduates, that does not make her Ms. Stewart, Jefferson or Tuck.
