Is Marquette a UConn rival?

No the Big East has proven to be much easier.
... and has motivated our fan base, increased donations, increased attendance, etc

Are we still having a "should have stayed in the AAC" discussion? Is that a thing?

This is how I would classify them:

Out of conference rivalries: Duke, Kentucky, UCLA - classic in-season & Tourney games over the years that meant something at a national level.

In conference rivalries: Villanova, Georgetown, St. Johns, PC, Syracuse (not technically, but we had classics w/them over the years).

"New" rivalries: Creighton, Marquette, Xavier

This is a cool link. It shows our record against every opponent we have ever played, listed by games played. So, scratch UCLA from my list. For some reason, I thought we played them more over the years. Maybe I was thinking of UNC.
