Is it "tour" nament or "tur" nament

I hate how people pronounce the "tour" in tournament, I think it sounds a lot better when its pronounced "tur" nament, I dont know why it just annoys me when people pronounce the tour in tournament.

what do you think, lately i have heard more people on tv pronounce the word tour-nament I dont know if its just me but I hate that pronunciation.

Seth Davis pronounces tour all the time, and he says it with emphasis, I think he says it to sound more intelligent then he really is.
