Like many people I too prefer basketball games that are balanced, crisp, with lots of passes and getting people the ball in the right spot. However, over the years I've also seen teams where if the alpha player didn't take a lot of shots, they had no chance of winning. It may not be ideal but it's reality. This isn't is a criticism of any specific person or their views, just an observation combined with my two cents.
