There was no year 0. The first century is from 1-100.

The 20th century is from 1901-2000.

The 21st century started in 2001. It is still waiting to see its first Big 10 title.

As annoying as the commentary by Lunardi is it can be a boost for recruiting for the conference. A coach can say to a recruit "our conference is the best, how many has the Big 10 won the past decade?" Or century for that matter. What is the conference breakdown for championships this century?

The more offensive thing is thinking that St. Johns could win a national championship. If they couldn't do it with Walter Berry, Chris Mullin, Mark Jackson and Bill W, then this group of hackers isn't going to pull it off.
