Good read...

>>Before he was UConn football coach Bob Diaco, he was Bobby. Two-hundred and thirty-five pounds. Not the biggest or the fastest. You've heard this one before.

Except have you?

It's the one about the cappuccino-drinking, Sinatra-singing, track suit-wearing linebacker who cooked fettuccini alfredo and owned a Rottweiler named Nitschke and once seriously considered cutting off his pinky finger.<<

Great read!

Diaco was a beast:

"Against Indiana that October, he registered 26 total tackles, the second-most in program history. For the year, he had 134, Iowa's eighth best single-season mark at the time. For his career, he had 334; only six other Hawkeyes before him had recorded more".

Thanks HM. I am so bought into HBCD it's a little scary.

It took 7 months for the CT media to write this article? Great read.

Excellent Read...I just put down the CT Post and was about to share it.
