Just think, in a week or so, we can all go back to fighting over which player stinks the most on this years team.

No, it's by invitation to people who participated in the Calhoun Walk/Ride for Cancer....maybe others to, but not open to general public is my understanding.
 
I'm not a miserable person at all you schmucks, all I did was ask for more information about this thing (which I now know I'm not invited to) and mention that I might want to attend since I'm not in CT anymore and wouldn't be able to go to many games if any, and I was treated like a worthless scumbag because I live in Mass and I wont be going to every home game. Honestly if I was the type of person who would spout negativity for no reason just because I myself feel so high and above anyone else who can't drive state to state to attend games and would have to watch on television, I'd just move to the Yukon. I am jealous of the hateful guy though, because if I was living in Colorado, I'm sure I'd be far more relaxed, and CO guy I'm sure knows what I mean

You people trying to decode a random e, you can stop, I'm assuming I tried to convey my feelings through a (gasp) curse word like poop that this child rated message board still removed even though I tried to sneak it thru. You can replace the E with any sort of curse word one would use to refer to a like that guy.

I am loving how everyone here remembers every word I've written on here, so I look forward to being known as the guy who doesnt love every thing ray allen does simply because he wore CONNECTICUT on his chest

I just looked and and my previous posts # 14, 16, 17 and 19 on this thread are still up. Not trying to make you look schizo. I really just love the Huskies and want to talk about the Huskies. The only arguments I want to have on this board are about more important topics, like would it bring more satisfaction to beat Louisville or BC.

From CT and I live in CO. We routinely travel an hour and a half to get to anything of significance with no traffic. Now, whenever I go back to CT, everything seems so close. Its kind of like Alice in Wonderland how perspective on distance changes from CT to CO. Heck, the county I live in is almost the size of CT with a population of 14k. But - still have not embraced the Denver teams.

Heck, I'm trying to figure that out. I've got work in DC Nov 7 & 8, so figured I'd commute up to NYC for Nov 8 opening night. I have enough Frontier miles for 1.5 round trips, so looking at the Florida game and / or the home Louisville game....But, mostly at home. I hook up my laptop to my big screen for the ESPN3 (online) games, that get's me covered for the entire season.

I'd love to find a UConn hangout. Have you ever found one?

I'm reading this thread after the fact and it still says "poop". I did figure out that mass.....hole is changed to 'm' so I guess it's not an acceptable word, but an important word when driving anywhere in New England and you see that dreaded white and red plate as your swerving to stay on the road after being cut off.

Louisville. BC will still be BC regardless of whether they win or lose - a perennial bottom dweller in the ACC just like when they were in the Big East and left b/c the mass holes didn't like to get whooped every time they played us. I'd rather beat last years national champion at home, away, and at the AAC championship game like in 2011 so that they join the ACC with a bad taste of Uconn on their beaks just like how we sent BC packing all those years ago.

Cool. I live South. We can meet up in Denver. There might be a couple more transplants on the Boneyard in Colorado. We can find a good game and a good sports bar.

No, when I type mass-hole without the dash the site automatically gets rid of every letter, but 'm' to prevent crass language. The term, however, is an old New England standby used by drivers in CT to describe drivers with Massachusetts license plates who tend to be overly and unnecessarily aggressive.
