I honestly believe that KO thinks the team is going to make a run to the tournament and he can't play the freshmen. That's how bad it has gotten.

This. In trying to win every game Ollie is falling into the NBA mode of trusting veterans only. Now, you do want to try to win every game. But you've got to work the freshman in there with a regular workload, particularly in blowouts but even in close games. They've got to learn for the team to develop. I think that's one of the things that held Facey back, too.

Starting lineup should be Carlton, Whaley, Larrier, Adams, Vital.

Bring in the others for only a handful of minutes.

I see our freshman playing enough minutes already. Carlton, Whaley & Diarra are often in foul trouble, which cuts down their minutes. Diarra and Williams are heavily limited in terms of what they can do. Polley is kind of lost out there.

This leads me to believe that this is a discussion about Onuorah eating into Cartlon and Whaley's minutes. I am not sure about that, but the last few games we've seen big boys toss Carlton and Whaley around like rag dolls.
