Well he's not a big flight risk for another gig, which sadly is a major positive these days.

Beyond that, he knows his football and clearly has a plan. Let's see if he can bring in the kids to make his plan work...

3-8 years, depending on success. I also think that grooming a successor is part of his gameplan. Coach P is no doubt vested in Connecticut football and UConn. He's not worried about getting a notch or two in his resume.
