This year seems worse, no? And these aren’t role players going down, it’s star players although they may be the ones being noticed by the press.

Best wishes to River Baldwin, who had to be helped off the floor last night. Here’s hoping it’s just a sprained ankle.

Edited to add Ciera Toomy and Taylor Jones

Add in #4 recruit Ciera Toomey of UNC who is out with an ACL. Hailey Van Lith was also out several games due to persistent plantar fasciitis, though fortunately that seems far less serious than the others so I'm not sure it's worth including here. But to answer your question, yes, it seems like the injury bug is a lot more pronounced since so many high level players are out. And what's been jarring is that most of these players obtained injuries during the first 2 months (opposed to during the off season) so it feels like every week or two we lose another big name to a season ending injury.

Raoul decided to compile a list this year for season ending injuries. Scared to see what the final number may be at the end of the season.

I’m used to seeing more wear and tear injuries late in the year, too. Such a shame

Yes, Arizona as well. Montoya Dew with the ACL before the season, Korouma is out with a shoulder injury not announced beyond this weekend, but lots of short term injuries - knee tweeks, migraines and more.
