I hear that they are building an upper deck at Elliot. The plan is it will be a driving range for golf and box seats for baseball.

I look forward to reading the new athletic facilities master plan. Given that they blew off the recommendation for a new concourse for Gampel in the old master plan, well, let's just say their best taken with a grain of salt.
