Incoming freshman

So Kelly has 4 recruits, #43 Sarah Puckett 6'2" F, #45 Karoline Striplin 6'2" F and #62 Kaiya Wynn 5'10 G plus a regional kid Brooklynn Miles 5'6" G.

If they all buy-in to the philosophy that KJH has, minimize the turnovers that always has plagued Holly recruits (including Horston) than this team could be pretty good.

Yes one thing is the guards Wynn and Miles add speed.

I look forward to seeing all the new freshman play. Really looking forward to seeing Azzi and Paige together. Hoping the new players at TN will elevate their team's level of play. Also looking forward to seeing the freshmen at SC and the 4 freshmen at Stanford. Plus watching the teams with new coaches at Duke, LSU, Notre Dame, and Baylor.

Raven Johnson (PG): Naismith POTY. 4 straight state of Georgia championships. Leader of FBC United. This year a mythical National Championship. 2nd ranked prospect by HG. Plays in a boy's All Star game on May 8. Looking to see how she fares.

Saniya Rivers (G): Lead the nation in scoring 38 PPG. At only 6-0 has dunked in practice and pulled down 11.5 RPG. Capable of playing wing. #2d ranked prospect by HG.

Sania Feagin (F): 6-4. AAAAAA player of the Year in Georgia. Naismith finalist. Averaged 19 PPG and 10 RBs. 3rd ranked prospect by HG.

'Bree Hall (G): 6'1" guard. Like her classmates, she is a McDonalds AA. 14th ranked prospect by HG.

WHAT I WOULD LOVE TO SEE : A Preseason Exhibition game between the SCar and UConn freshmen classes. Add in each team's transfer plus 2 or 3 players from each team that played the fewest minutes last year. Starters for each team can't even dress for the game.

I just hope we get another killer class like we had for 2019 and 2020. Besides the obvious UCONN/SC loaded lineups, other teams to watch include:

Texas-Harmon and Moore are both top 10 recruits and should have opportunity to make an impact early at Texas.

North Carolina-they have 4 top 20 recruits led by Teonni Key who is the younger sister of Tennessee's Tamari.

Notre Dame-A full season of Olivia Miles and also adding in big guard Sonia Citron should help Notre Dame. They definitely have talent and will be an up and coming team to watch.

Agreed. There are a lot of interesting freshman classes for the 2021 season. Looking forward to next season.
