Let's face it.....on offense we have a terrible passing game with below average players and bad schizo playcalling. Hard to remember a more frustrating watch.

This is why the game was lost.....3 points.....PITIFUL

1st UConn interception....UConn ahead 7-0 starts at ISU 41
Play 1: McEntee intercepted....simply a horrific play by QB

2nd UConn interception......UConn still ahead 7-0 starts at ISU 34
Play 1: Run for no gain
Play 2: McCummings pass incomplete to wide open McCombs.....mindboggling poor pass by QB
Play 3: McEntee pass incomplete
Play 4: 52-yard FG

3rd UConn interception......UConn ahead 10-0 starts at ISU 28
Play 1: Run for 2 yard loss
Play 2: Nebrich pass incomplete
Play 3: Nebrich run for 1st down
Play 4: Run for 2 yards
Play 5: McCummings run for 1 yard loss
Play 6: Nebrich sack for 10 yard loss
Play 7: Missed FG

Not sure if you're remembering correctly. He got hit pretty good on that throw. Maybe he should have thrown sooner, but not entirely his fault.

what's this? you think you're on a football board or something?

Pretty sure any posts pertaining to our last 2 games belong on the forum entitled 'Cesspool'

He held the ball forever before getting hit. If he doesn't get it out early there he needs to just take the sack.

That was a horrendous play by the quarterback. He was going down and tried to unload it. The right play was to tuck it safely away and just take the loss.

That McEntee interception is one of the main reasons why I don't fault Nebrich for taking those sacks. Yes, ideally he'd throw the ball away if nothing's there, but taking the sack is a hell of a lot better than forcing it up and getting picked.

Fair enough, maybe I'm not remembering it clearly.
