In a COVID year can coaches practice with the team?

If you are short players this year in practice due to COVID can coaches suit up and play in practice? Stanford and Oregon State have done this already. In a regular year you can't, If you watch all of it here the coaches have been playing against the players who can practice for almost a month the program has been shut down. Did UCONN do that?
