All terrific ideas and I hope they are listening and considering the implementation of these ideas and not just sending out the survey because that's what schools do these days. It's annoying at every level to be buying a season ticket plan and have UConn or MLB teams run endless promos to discount the same seats for less than season ticket holders pay. UConn does it with the basketball program charging considerably less for the exhibition games after charging full price for the Season ticket holders and then having some games priced less as well. Giving discounts for buying early is an excellent idea.

Paying full Season ticket holders price for the BB exhibition games has always frosted me. If anything they should throw those into our package as a Thank You freebie.
