I'm a bit sore, you get an enhanced(?) per-40 spreadsheet

3 hours of tennis yesterday leave me a bit stiff and sore, uninterested in doing any of the projects lying in wait around the house. Soooooooo...

I corrected an omission and moved the last calculated field (A/TO) out of the per-40 and per-game tables to the cumulative table.

Following a suggestion from @VaConnFan11, I added a 2FG% column to the end of the cumulative table.

Finally, I added row highlighting to the per-40 and per-game tables to make it easier to follow the rows across.

Suggestions and error/problem/style reports requested, as usual.
