Rutgers has been a different team since returning from their shutdown. They were 1-3 in conference before. All 3 losses were close, to Maryland, Iowa and Nebraska. 5-0 since, all have been by comfortable margins. Most have been bottom feeders but they got revenge on Nebraska and thumped Northwestern.

Weird seeing Rutgers having alot of offensive firepower.

Guirantes and Diamond Johnson are both elite college scorers, and Tekia Mack is the firepower that makes everything run. Is RU improved since their COVID break? For sure. But the competition has been good (the win at Northwestern) to not (Illinois). Final games (at Michigan St, at Penn St, home vs Ohio St) will be interesting.
