What type of foul was this on Silas? A Neck-to-the-hand?

You guys know more about basketball than I do, but I used to think the guy grabbing the neck was the fouler.

We don’t always shoot it great, but we have lots of guys who CAN shoot it great, including Smith, Ross and Stewart. Ball had his best game in a while, and we had solid FT shooting.

Michigan or Arizona will have their hands full. I get the impression that during the tournament almost every team we play has never seen defense as fierce as they face from us.

Team win. Went about exactly as expected - outcoached, out-executed. Nothing flashy. Felt like we could have won by 20 if some in-outs went down.

Dan Hurley will never lose to Brad Underwood.
Hurley is the greatest coach in the game right now and, if he wins Monday night, can certainly be put on Calhoun's level, and I never thought we would see anyone like Calhoun here at UConn again. It's unreal!!
There are many saying he's K/Wooden level.

The refs wanted to keep Illinois in it. They went on a 9 minute FG drought while going on a 10-0 run. Ridiculous.

Also, my only real complaint was Dan icing the starters in the 2nd half. He got to cute with the lead and went with the bench lineup for 2 minutes 2 long. The starters came in cold and the offense dried up. Lucky to hold on.

BRING ON MICHIGAN / ARIZONA
I was yelling at the TV to bring the starters in so they wouldn't get too cold. A bit of a gamble by Dan Hurley, but it worked.

They did what they had to do. Now it's just a waiting game.

I think we can beat either if we play out A game.

A lot of salty fan bases right now claiming we had an easy path even though we took down the number 1 overall seed.
Jealous and petty. Beating UCLA. MSU. Duke and Illinois was the easy path? I guess they have to come up with an asinine excuse.
