Might have been mentioned already but replay of the game is on FS2 at 9pm tonight.
Those Yugoslavs all look alike...I made the same mistake. It was Petrovic that got in foul trouble.
Still going, tooThis one went off the rails pretty quick.
You of all people shouldn’t be surprised….😵💫This one went off the rails pretty quick.
Maybe he means the movie itself and not that UConn is a character in the movie.Who's Clubber Lang? Florida??? Arizona???
I love Rothstein's enthusiasm for UConn but man that dude forces things
Maybe he means the movie itself and not that UConn is a character in the movie.
E.g. 3rd movie in a championship trilogy that ends up being some people's favorite?!
I was referring to our fast breaks during the game. We didn't share the basketball in 2 on 1 and 3 on 1 moments when we should have. Thank God we won.We need to do a better job on that....from what im seeing in this Illinois game. We do that we're up by maybe 20-25
Dating back to FL in the NCAA last year actually.Solo is so good from midrange and at the basket right now that if he could just shoot 38% from 3 he would sleepwalk to 18-20 points a game. if he wasn't still lighting it up in practice I doubt Hurley would give him free reign to hoist them up, hoping it eventually bounces back in his favor but he hasn't shot it well from 3 in any game yet dating all the way back to the exhibitions.
I had to laugh at the bolded part in this. Never gets old seeing digs on the fruit.ESPN general article about teams doing well and teams in trouble. Florida and St. John's in trouble. UConn doing well. They have a question about how important the Illinois win was. Borzello says, "At full strength, this team is as complete as it gets."

Men's Feast Week lessons: Michigan No. 1? St. John's, Florida in trouble?
From the Players Era in Las Vegas to a top-25 showdown in New York, here's what we learned last week.www.espn.com
I actually came away impressed with Syracuse. If Autry could coach they’d be alright. Remind me of the first Hurley UConn teamsI had to laugh at the bolded part in this. Never gets old seeing digs on the fruit.
Is the Players Era criticism warranted?
Borzello: Depends on the specific criticism.
The primary issue was how the third-day matchups, apart from the championship and third-place game, were set. Pitting a 2-0 Iowa State team against a top-10 Alabama team and creating a top-15 matchup between Houston and St. John's would have given the event a few more marquee matchups. Instead, not only were the Cyclones the only 2-0 team not to get a chance to play for extra money, they were given Syracuse as their third opponent in a game that will do very little for their résumé.
Cuse fans want him gone NOW if they lose at home to Tennessee this week.I actually came away impressed with Syracuse. If Autry could coach they’d be alright. Remind me of the first Hurley UConn teams
