the University of Illinois is in the process of evaluating a Master Plan for campus. A 5,000 seat arena near the football stadium being planned/discussed.

Illinois just said that they would need a Penn State-level donation to consider starting a hockey program.

Absent a $100,000,000 donation, it's not happening now.
