I went to a local independent promotional products company and had them embroider this hat for me. It was the third hat I’ve had them create and they’ve always done a great job.
The company I got this from would be happy to do mail orders if anyone is interested in getting one. Including the sales tax, it was $28 and change. Please leave a comment if you’d like me to post the ordering info. I will get nothing from any of their sales. You can pick any hat in their inventory and any color thread if you do an order.
I’ve gotten a couple of questions about it and lots of curious stares from people when I wear it around San Antonio where I live. I expect plenty more questions because I wear it a lot.
When UCONN wins the 2026 championship, I’m thinking that I’ll reluctantly have to replace the basketball you see on the right with “2026” before I order an updated hat next year. Oh, well. Sometimes sacrifices must be made.
