UConn is slated to lose Azzi, Serah and Caroline. COULD any of them come back? What about other top level seniors around the country? I'm not sure if any of them have a covid year left or had enough red shirts...

I don't think UCONN players could based on eligibility. Ducharme only played a few games last year but they were in the NCAA tournament which works against her case to petition for a 6th year. Fudd/Williams are out of eligibility.

Madina Okot at South Carolina could potentially get another year.

Marta Suarez of TCU could make a case that her 2022-23 season at Tennessee shouldn't count.

Jalyn Brown at Michigan State too.

Timea Gardiner hasn't played yet this year, she'll be eligible if she doesn't suit up for UCLA

Ashlyn Watkins isn't playing this year but is class of 2022 and has another year (potentially 2) of eligibility

You have too much time on your hands. The NY Times has an excellent book list.
I'm currently reading this one:

Oh! Gollygee! I hope not. The extra covid year really messed things up for 4 years for incoming players and players rotations.

Players with remaining eligibility. I would think that’s between them and their program.

No WNBA do what. They will turn professional and play overseas.

I got this on my Christmas list. How is it?
It's good. A lot of it is not new for fans like us who closely follow the team. We know about Hurley struggles at Seton Hall or the thought process of going to LA, the simultaneous text message, etc. but there is added detail. For example, we all know he went into a depression when he struggled to rival Bobby's success. But the depth of it, and his struggle to fight his way out of it, is powerful reading.

I'm up to the part where Hurley joins UConn, so I feel like the best is yet to come. He's pretty candid about the early NCAA exits and his responsibility for them. You will definitely enjoy it.

Thank you for the mini review. I can't wait to get my copy to read and add it to my growing UConn reading selection.
