Next time you hire someone, select based on competence not friendship.

McHugh has small timed the program. It is now an albatross around the whole athletic department's neck.

Yet Pasqualoni remains, inflicting structural damage day after day, game after game, season after season.

Sometimes the people you think hold the key to your future are not that at all. They are just gusts of hot air trying to blow you off course. When you see clearly you realize that other schools and coaches are not all dumb. They don't get rid of coaches or players because they're hidden gems. And yes some coaches have expiration dates. It's worth checking behind the label but it's there somewhere.
