the shot clock was still 35 seconds

considering how we've lost (or choked) so many games late, we might have been able to hold on to a few more by pounding out 35 seconds instead of 30

also, KO would of had to foul when down three and 32 seconds left, who knows

;)

Same record. The old clock would of helped with more time to dribble around the 3 point line to half court.

It would have been the same. The team doesnt know how to finish. The cant finish layups or games. Plus our "CMON" losses have come when teams shot their way back into the game early in the shot clock (See temple for a perfect example)

If you really want to suppose....

I wonder what our record would be without the freedom of movement rules emphasis. We took a long time to adjust. I think we'd have won Cuse, Gonzaga and Maryland minimally and be at least 22-5 and ranked.

Imagine our record if we played better! All kidding aside, I think a 35 second clock would just make our offense that much slower

Agree. If it was still 35 seconds, we'd wait until the 34th second to start looking for a shot.

that's my point, so maybe there'd be fewer possessions at the end :)

Would we have won in 2014 if the shot clock was 30?

That and freedom of movement do affect team philosophy. It is hard to make a case for using clock and shooting over teams.

Run. Drive the lane on secondary break. Rack up fouls on the other team.
