What the heck, I couldn't do that routine when I was 20.

Pretty amazing. Staying fit and active as you age has great benefits. But if you don't have good genes to stave off the effects of old age all the exercise in the world won't get you to where that woman is at 95. I do believe I'd rather win the gene pool lottery than the Megabucks lottery.
