I Think It's A Little Jinxy

Yeah, I saw one too. Did yours claim she had committed to UConn? Mine did. Why people do that nonsense is beyond me.
Yes, the article I saw said she had committed to UCONN...( I didn't include that because of the thread talking about "jinxy stuff")...

The exact same question was raised last year relative to Kaitlyn Chen, and she proved to be a key contributor to the national championship as a pg, leader and with her all-around play.
I do believe Kaitlin arrived at UCONN a far more skilled and polished player

I don't know why anyone thinks she would want to be part of the Notre Dame backcourt; if it was a tolerable job, Miles would not have abandoned it.
Reminds me of the airplane scene where the lady asks for some light reading:

"oh yes, we have this pamphlet on ND women's backcourt playbook"
"play 1: pass the ball to hannah hidalgo"

For those of you that can remember, I thought the following excerpt of lyrics from a 1965 record by the Kinks would be apt:

It’s your life
And you can what you want
Do what you like
But please don’t keep-a me waiting
Please don’t keep-a me waiting

Cause I’m so tired, tired of waiting
Tired of waiting for you
So tired, tired of waiting
Tired of waiting for you

Bottom line: She loves Uconn and she comes or she goes somewhere else. If she goes somewhere else, it means she really doesn't want to be here, so good that she doesn't come.

Of course we want her to do so, but it isnt all bad if a player doesn't come. It probably means she doesn't want to really be here anyway....and that is ok and may save the team from a player transferring a year or so later. I remember the girl that transferred to kentucky her freshman year. It would have been better if she never came to uconn.

Heckel is a very good player and I think will help us big time. GA loves guards and over the last 30 years has changed my mind about what you really need to win. Bigs are great and they certainly help, but guards and more guards...they control the game and feed the bigs and can impact the game in so many ways, so I am on board with as many guards as GA wants.

Backup at point guard cannot be bad considering our recent injury story.
And KK may even be best in last years role--two points worked quite well.
