guys i want these in fairfield county, westchester, springfield and right across the street from bc's campus.

The affluent folks in Westchester and Fairfield make almost all their decisions based on billboards. Thats why Dutchess is such a powerful company.

They are on the electronic scrolls so they rotate. But they are on 91 both N and S of hart and on 84 at least in the city.
