For me, the season ends each year with UConn's last game. My interest moves from "wow! I want to see how this outcome impacts UConn" to "well....I guess I will find out who won, in tomorrow morning's sports section", in about a nano-second.

I see that you clearly embrace the suck, and that is fine.....for you.

On a separate topic, do you notice that you overreact to many things, each day, or was this a bit of an aberration for you?

Yeah you only like UConn. Some people like basketball and don't go into a shell over a loss. Every thread is clogged with people crying about being left out of the postseason and their boycotts.

If you only watch until UConn loses you've missed some great stuff. Villanova/Georgetown. Duke/Kentucky. Keith Smart. Well really every Final Four but four...

So on this topic why would you comment on threads that aren't about UConn and are about the rest of the world.

They played 4 on Tuesday but with WVU going poof and UConn left out they only had 2 Tuesday games. That they get to come back in short order only penalizes anyone who has to watch Seton Hall again.

That crap on the baseline was like watching an Italian Soccer game. They have that ad crap on either side of the goal and I've always thought it looked so cheesy and ridiculous. However, I couldn't figure out what was worse, the final score of the game, USF's uniforms, or that crap under the basket. (Thankfully I only watched the last 2 minutes of OT)

Sorry but I'm a college BB fan and will watch everything but the BE tournament...it is a travesty that the Pres's didn't allow the premier program to participate in the last, true BE tournament.

Punishment was appropriate with scholly reductions but not a second time retroactively. It's one thing for the Emmertt squad to do it but the conference should have risen above it.

College basketball is the best and its always good to watch games not involving uconn so i dont get a twisted gut.. yeah weird the raf and bilas doing a playin game but better in nyc and ay msg than doing the big summit final of s dakota st vs n dakota st

Except for the travel the Summit League game is way more compelling.

Yeah the whole concept and adjudication are jokes. Skipping the Big East tournament is a legitimate response. There is plenty to watch and in reality 99.9% of championship week is meaningless in the end. It's still fun to watch Iona or LIU or Florida Gulf Coast celebrate.

Ignoring the entire universe once UConn's season is over is just stupid. Does one watch the NCAA tourney if UConn is alive in the NIT?

Yeah anytime you exclude the 8 seed in a 15 team tournament it really removes the legitimacy of everything that happens.
