Seriously, do we want James Madison to make the CFP over Duke? I ask because I don't want the ACC to be disincentivized from scheduling UConn for fear of losing the game and chances to the CFP. Good Lord, I can't imagine making a statement like that anywhere between 2018-2021 when UConn Football was in the dark abyss of ineptitude.

Dirty is too pejorative -: let's just refer to it as stage 4 schadenfreude. "Dirty" suggests that you had too much fun.... However, after 14 years in various gulags we can honestly say that the A&PCC deserves it. Being an authentic miserable bastard requires a certain amount schadenfreude each day.

Mega conferences have created conference championship problems as the conference schedules schools play are not comparable. The ACC needs to put their top 2 CFP ranked schools in the championship game which would have been #12 Miami vs #17 Virginia. Winner would have gotten a CFP spot.
