If I had my pick, I think you go with Nebrich right now for about 90% of the snaps, with McC working in the wildcat at targeted times. Mac has done nothing to deserve to keep the starting job, and with the Oline full of holes, I think you need Nebrich's scrambling ability. Plus he has MUCH higher upside than Mac in the long term.
That being said, just pick one or the other please. This can't go on another game.
