I am worried about the Villanova game and I am 6'6", 250

Personally I'm more worried about next season's game against Hartford, but that's only because I'm 6'9" and can see farther than you.

I'm worried about tomorrow's practice. According to BS, Alex is just such a disgustingly bad player that the Big East should give UConn their first loss for being so bad. Just as they found a way to be down one point at the beginning of the game by getting a technical foul for sending out the wrong line-up, I think the team should receive a loss for simply practicing disgustingly bad. I realize I won't be there to watch them practice, but I just know they'll practice badly and deserve a gratuitous L.

Fret no more I have the miracle cure for worrying! 
Let's say you know this guy who is a successful lawyer who was recognized as a hoopster for his great talents when playing at the college level. This team he was on was nationally ranked, but this player was surprisingly short. For these reasons (his height) several critics thought he was to short to have been that successful as a basketball player. When this player was confronted with such a dilemma his mentality was H**l I've been successful in different avenues of my life because I know my limitations. This player learned to play around being shorter.
So in my opinion you have to accept certain limitations in order to quit worrying about things. We can accept that we don't like what we see rather than protest about it or worry about it. We can accept that there might not be an answer and we can live with complexity and ambiguity. We can even accept that we can settle for less than we want in order to appreciate more of what we actually have.
In real life we are continually finding that we cannot control everything and if we don't accept some loss of control we will worry about having no control. My point is we can accept that some problems may not even be solvable and we have to live with them or in the alternative as the hoops playing lawyer would do simply play around them.
In sum intolerance of uncertainty is the big problem for worriers whether it is the stock market or UConn basketball. So in my very humble opinion we shouldn't focus on the unknown and equate it with danger or bad outcomes of games. It is always better to focus on the facts you do know and go from there.
If you think that the problem is to solve problems about the unknowable then you are literally . haha
